Profile is scrumptious & packed. First, a fully sweat- down garlic/ mushroom/ onion, with chive + extra veg stock. Between, an excessive creamy butter leaving saltiness dripping (there’s just so much of it.. thick like dessert strains). The bed is some of the funk leftover from the GMO genetics with a super handsome roast- chestnut & peanut paste.
This oven dish is over- spilling (big value). Bold flavour & an enveloping cozy.. you can use a small measure and keep this special recipe in your kit for a while. Good for learning strain- mixing too, as it’s not an easy one to match- up (it’s already too sexy.. falling out of its holder, if you will).
For beginners, a few savouries to compare- Pink Garlic is similar but a pastry gravy mix/ Donny Burger is the most relieving with its sweet- pickle gas/ Kraken Black Pepper is calming & super versatile/ Garlic Fumez is a luxury sweeter development & this Garlic Butter is a gushing casserole with soothing warmth. All amazing!
